[TYPO3-mvc] Problems with Umlaute

Hi Stefan,
thx a lot, I will give it a try. Somehow, the problems with the "normal"
forms are gone now - I only have problems with the ajax stuff - which is
actually send by GET and not by POST - so there seems to be some
encoding problem there.
