[TYPO3-mvc] own widget.paginate and f.widget.paginate throws error

ah, there is your error:
<enzteaserlist:widget.paginate objects="teaseritems"

it should be:
<enzteaserlist:widget.paginate objects="{teaseritems}"

notice the curly braces around "teaseritems".
