[TYPO3-mvc] Extbase doesn't update records, instead sets them to deleted

Hey, thanks for your answer.

I also thought about that, but the extension "extbase"
is already inside the ext directory of the TYPO3 repo.

Would I need to exclude the extbase directory
of the "outer" repo somehow or how is this
supposed to work then?
