Hey,

You're right. I've seen the mistake yesterday and removed the <f:if> around
the pagination.

I'm not sure about your second question. Maybe I've to add some functions to
the model of properties I inserted later? This might be a good hint.

as I wrote in my other posing, I wouldn't be sure about that because 
your items list won't be rendered without the pagination widget - so it 
could also be some property you try to render where your property 
internally returns the result of a repository call. Do you have such a case?
