Hmm, sounds like an older "t3editor" is installed. I didn't handle that case in the FlexFormCodeGenerator, sorry. I put a quick fix in FED's SVN for this case. Perhaps you might need to upgrade Extbase if you use an older sysext installed version?

After re-checking the original Repository code I have another suggestion which might help.

You use:
$query->logicalOr(array($query->equals('teaseritem.pid',$pid)));
...etc
if(!empty($pidsearch)) $query->matching($query->logicalAnd($pidsearch));

Perhaps you should simply use $query->getQuerySettings()->setStoragePageIds($pidsAsArray); to request specific storage pid(s). Without knowing for sure, there could be issues with creating queries with matching on record.pid instead of using setStoragePageIds()...
