[TYPO3-mvc] TCA with conditions possible?

But that's not what I expected.
I try to explain my idea:

I have items, stored in sysfolder.
They have properties for detailtext, detailimage OR detailpage.
If detailpage is filled, detailtext and detailimage should be invisible.

Do you understand my imagination?
