[TYPO3-mvc] FYI: Project member cleanup

Hi all,

as you know, Extbase & Fluid have just been moved to Git.
All memberships and access rights are transparently synchronized between 
forge, git & gerrit.
This means:
- Everyone with a typo3.org account can now push [1] their changes to Gerrit
- Everyone can vote +1 or -1 on http://review.typo3.org
- Members of the respective forge project are allowed to vote +2 and can 
merge the changesets into the actual repository

In process of the move, we changed the membership of some members from 
"member" to "inactive member" as a cleanup. The rule is: Members are 
moved to "inactive" after three months of inactivity (see [2]).
Please don't take that as offense, it's simply to keep the overview. 
Everyone can (re)apply for regular membership anytime.
