[TYPO3-mvc] Class mapping broken

Hi again,

i've digged a bit deeper into this issue:

The BackendConfigurationManager only includes switchableControllers and 
the mvc parts.

persistence only includes storagePid = 0 - everything else is not loaded.

the problem seems to be located in the core. using extbase and fluid rc1 
and core beta4 works. when updating the core to rc1 the 
FrameworkConfiguration is broken in BE.

Anybody knows about changes there, that may cause this issue?
