[TYPO3-mvc] SVN open again; Thanks for your work!

Hey everybody,

SVN is open again, as 1.3.0RC1 has been pushed to the Core.

All changes which go to trunk *now* will be part of 1.3.0; so please *do
not commit features to trunk* right now, but only critical bugfixes.

Immediately before the final release on Wednesday, we will create a
branch for 1.3.X maintenance releases.

One more announcement which will make some of you happy: We will switch
to Git / Gerrit soon after the 1.3.0 Release :-) I hope this will
increase our review speed, and be more enjoyable for us.

I want to thank everybody involved for their hard work in the last days,
especially Felix, Marc-Bastian, Franz, Jochen and Bastian -- you did a
great work crawling through the bugtracker, prioritizing, and fixing
bugs! I really hope that we can keep up the team spirit, and continue
improving Extbase together.
