i made the Tx_Extbase_Tests_Unit_Persistence_RepositoryTest green again. 
both cases are allready tested in 
removeActuallyRemovesAnObjectFromTheInternalObjectsArray (not persisted) 
and removeRetainsObjectForObjectsNotInCurrentSession (persisted).
