Yeah, in general I would agree. clearPageCache() and 
clearPageCacheByPid(). But as clearPageCache() is allready there and the 
new methods have to be named another way to ensure compatibility and 
stuff ... simply spoken: I'd like to avoid that fuzz. ;-)
