[TYPO3-mvc] RFC #12213: Repository countAll() dosn't honor sys_language_uid

Problem:

Currently countAll() doesn't do a language overlay. The count of 
objects for the current language is needed i.e. for a pager to know the 
number of pages.
I tried to patch this, but i'm not shure if my patch has side effects 
i.e. for count of relations or something. I couln't find a unit test 
for countAll().
