[TYPO3-mvc] ExtBase & Fluid cheatsheet v2.0

Thanks Stefano for promoting the cheat sheet - I've released the new 
version yesterday on the TYPO3 Akademie 2011 here in munich - so grab it 
while it's hot :-)

Additionally I've updated the website as well and have changed the pdf 
with the web version (as it was the print version before) - now the pdf 
is 580 kB in size. Note: There are two cheat sheets now (but the 
download contains both)
