[TYPO3-mvc] is there some backend module example available? (blog_example is buggy)

That'll be the problem..
Extbase & Fluid 1.3 are not compatible with TYPO3 < 4.5 - You should 
have seen a warning while installing them..
Most parts will work, but I'm afraid that Flashmessages and BE modules 
won't.
