[TYPO3-mvc] Extbase 1.3 on TYPO3 4.4

as long as you don't use flashMessages it will work. If you use 
flashMessages in your extension you have to patch Typo3 4.4 using the 
patch from [1]. That should be all that's necessary to get it running 
flawlessly in 4.4
