Yah, I know. I wanted a allusion to the phrase "The King is dead. Long 
live the King" [1]. But using a different word here would have damaged 
the recognition value. And because I knew using "dead" here does 
overshoot I at least putted it in quotes. Hope you're not to outraged 
about it. It doesn't reflect in any way how I think or feel about you pal ;)

Well, you have to ascend the throne again to get that kind of private 
information :P
