please:
- check that there is not extbase in typo3conf/ext
- delete all typo3conf/temp_* files
- clear all caches
- make sure the first controller specified in 
Tx_Extbase_Utility_Extension::configurePlugin() exists
- make sure you don't overwrite your controllerActions via flexform or 
typoscript somewhere

if that does not help, please paste the var_dump of 
$frameworkConfiguration in line 117 somewhere.
