[TYPO3-mvc] Extbase 1.4.x localization: default language fallback

Hi Adrien

This would work. But we have about 30 templates i.e. 300 translations. 
They are all in inline form. I don't want to replace them all because of 
a new behaviour...
I'm quite sure there is some setting/flag to change this, but i can't 
find any documentation of this change.
