[TYPO3-mvc] Extbase 1.3 and CLI

Hi,
I'm very new to the extbase extension development, but I managed to build my first extbase-based extension.

Now I want to access my controllers, models, repositories via the command line interface.
Is there a "right" way to do this?

I found some old topics about that, but they aren't working with extbase 1.3...
