[TYPO3-mvc] Getting rid of base wrap inside a controller action?

Because even if I have an amount of sites in TYPO3, I am still used to 
think in PHP and not in Typoscript.  :-(  (It's like switching from C to 
Prolog).

You're right, I should have done something like this.
