[TYPO3-mvc] link.external : how about adding 'http://' ?

I've added the issue in the extbase bugtracker here (this is where it should
go, correct, not in some Fluid bugtracker?):

Yes, perhaps checking for :// is the best way to go as well... I was not so
sure though so I didn't add a patch.
