[TYPO3-mvc] link.external : how about adding 'http://' ?

I guess my problem with the workaround specifically is, semantically, I'd
prefer to write the actually <a> tag out manually than have to pass in a
string "www.google.com" as the "pageUid" parameter in the link.page
viewhelper.
