[TYPO3-mvc] Use xml instead of html format

somebody mentioned to use 
"plugin.tx_yourplugin._DEFAULT_PI_VARS.format=xml" for that as 
workaround until Extbase allows setting the "format" attribute directly 
via TS. HTH.
