[TYPO3-mvc] Creating an Instance of an extbase extension in a cli script

Hi List, 

I'm currently writing a cronjob (with t3lib_cli) for sending Mails depending on data of my extbase extension. 

How can I create an instance and then get the records/objects via the repository methods? Is that posssible? 

Or do I have to use normal SQL queries and get the data manually?
