[TYPO3-mvc] 3 questions reagarding fluid and extbase

I've already placed a standard template with instructions how to change
it in the plugin directory where fluid tries to autodetect it ;)

Thanks for all the help.
Everything is working now, except point 3. - but i'm working on a
viewHelper for now.
