[TYPO3-mvc] extbase backend module not in access list

hi,

yes i found the bug #7008 and applied the patches also to my typo3 but 
it didn't work for me.
http://forge.typo3.org/issues/7008

after applying the paches, the module disappears for all users in the 
backend and i dont have it in the access list.
