[TYPO3-mvc] extbase backend module not in access list

hey,

i have a typo3 backend module wich works great.

actual the module is displayed to every user.

today i tried to make this module only accessible to some backend 
groups. but i cannot find the extbase backend module in the access list 
for the backend group.

has anyone a hint for me where to search?
