[TYPO3-mvc] use relation type RELATION_BELONGS_TO_MANY for fields with MM relation and maxitems=1

there you go  - a first draft of the patch (only applying the new 
relation type, not any support for fields with TCA-type "group" - that's 
a different story/patch [see forge]). Tell me what you think about it. 
The only thing I'm not sure if it's correct are the changes in 
"backend.php", because I didn't have a closer look what's done in 
detail. It could be that some operations need to be treated different 
(thinking about the deletion of a object with referenced images, where 
the dam image, as well as it's references to other records should be 
kept in the DB of course).

Patch is attached - hope it's not filtered out.
