[TYPO3-mvc] [TYPO3-v4] Is action uncached?

When I saw "setCached" I immediately thought it can make the plugin cached
or uncached. I afraid this would cause misunderstanding. May be,
"setIsCached" and "isCached"? This looks like settings a flag only. Though
it is also not very obvious... :(
