[TYPO3-mvc] Simple Extension Base

Hey,

I just held an extbase workshop with 20+ enthusiastic developers on 
TYPO3camp Hamburg. The workshop extended itself somehow from 45 minutes 
to 4,5 hours and we built an easy extension togeter ...

i just wanted to share this with you, propably some can use this ...

the extensions incudes some TCA stuff, two models with 
inline-mm-relation, five properties, one action, one repository and one 
template - basic stuff as mentioned

what do you think, do we need some more/real/actual "empty"- or 
skeletton-extension or is there enough stuff out there? (like 
blog_example and efempty)
