[TYPO3-mvc] RFC #7615: Bug: Tx_Extbase_Utility_Extension::registerModule breaks TYPO3 user settings

I added a new patch which does solve the errors, and does also keep the
backend modules working... Tested with multiple extensions, and everything
seems to be fine...

Problem is that $GLOBALS['BACK_PATH'] is cleared in extbase, which causes
incorrect filelocations in t3lib_compressor while opening the user settings
in this case... (and might cause other problems too I think :p )

I also attached the patch to this message, previous post this was stripped,

Patchfile was attached, but stripped I think. But doesn't matter, the patch
was no good... Thanks for your reply! Will test your patch and link the
issues if it fixes the problem.
