[TYPO3-mvc] RFC #7615: Bug: Tx_Extbase_Utility_Extension::registerModule breaks TYPO3 user settings

Hi Bastian,

I just reviewed it over again after a clear of my cache, and I think I have
to vote a -1 myself :-)

The problem is in the extbase extension I think, but it might be good to
discuss this a bit using skype for example (my user is radmiraal).

I've tried several (empty) test extension which just have 1 controller, and
register it as a module. All of those break the user settings. Using my
patch does solve the errors in user settings, but also does not register the
module correctly. 

I'm gonna do some more tests, but it might be deeper into extbase (or core?)

Will post tests on forge

wohoo the first extbase RFC, congratulations ;) I don't have the time right
now to look into this, just one question:
the changes wouldn't be backwards compatible, right?
