[TYPO3-mvc] findByUid with localized records Problem

Hi,

have a look at the query setting "setRespectSysLanguage"
If i remember right, extbase fetches only records with sys_language_uid 
0 or -1 and then does a record overlay.

Please also have a look at my post "Translation handling a bit too 
strict?" where i struggled with this (some example source code is 
included), because the language overlay is not disabled and so you only 
get records returned, that match your current sys_language_uid.
