[TYPO3-mvc] profile extbase with pqp

Hi Felix,

I like the idea of having better support for development tools, too. IMO 
these tools should be integrated via separate extensions. Julian 
Kleinhans published an extension that integrates the php quick profiler 
into TYPO3 (EXT:php_profiler). Maybe this is a solution?
