[TYPO3-mvc] ExtJS surface - how to implement it well with the MVC-pattern?

Dear List,

I just wonder how it is the valid way to implement a complete ExtJS-based
appplication within the context of MVC-pattern in extbase?

When I e.g. look at the MVC_ExtJS_samples-Extension all js-code is produced
in the controller-classes. Is this the way to go without breaking
the pattern?

Perhaps some of you made the same thoughts about it...
