[TYPO3-mvc] Newest extbase-trunk and mvc-extjs notworking?

Hi Xavier,

the changes are now viewable @ forge - do you know why there is such a
long period between commit and the visibility on forge?

I think fluid will handle it's variables used as CDATA between tags in
another way - what will cause the HTML code to be "rendered" as text.
I've changed the NullViewHelper to return the given HTML markup and to
fetch it as parameter.
