[TYPO3-mvc] Newest extbase-trunk and mvc-extjs notworking?

Hi Mario and Xavier,

i've figured out, that the nullviewhelper wasn't working as expected.
I guess the reason are changes in fluid. I've committed a possible
solution in the view-branch of mvc_extjs.
