[TYPO3-mvc] Extbase dispatcher used as a factory?

Hey Christoph,

instead of single solutions, I'd rather like a generic approach for
Extbase :-) Maybe we can discuss this on T3DD or so... (Somehow make
this replacement possible for every class).
