[TYPO3-mvc] xml schema for fluid templates

Sebastian and I talked about this just yesterday so we have code
completion for IDE/editors on the list of required features/enhancements
for developers. We talked about Eclipse, NetBeans and TextMate (as a
Bundle) so far.

Everybody is invited to throw his/her suggestions in.
