Hello everybody,

The fluid development has been pretty silent recently, mostly due to my
exams at university and a lot of other things I needed to finish.
However, at the snowboard tour, I've gotten new energy, and want to
continue to push Fluid forward in the next weeks and months again.

I had lots of nice discussions at the Snowboard Tour, and an especially
inspiring discussion about Fluid with Andreas Beutel. We came to the
conclusion that we want to try out some proper project management for
the Fluid subproject of TYPO3. This includes defining the next releases
and being more transparent in general. He will take over the job of the
Fluid Project Manager, coordinating the efforts around Fluid, and making
sure it will evolve into the direction of becoming more stable, and even
better.

As a first step, we have prioritized the bugs in the Fluid bugtracker,
and I'll now work on the must have's during the next days and weeks.

Of course Fluid is not only a project of Andreas and me - we encourage
everybody to participate in the development! We have some nice tasks at
hand; Andreas will give you more ideas about this in the next days.

Greets,
Sebastian
