[TYPO3-mvc] FYI: #8416 Persistence Backend: use existing method to detect LazyLoaded propertyValues instead of repeating its code

Hey guys!

The title just says it. The persistence backend is repeating code in a 
if-condition to detect a lazyLoaded propertyValue instead of using a 
dedicated existing method for it.

Applied in changeset r2378.
