Mostly it's in my sample extension:

The use is really simple. The only problem I see I have described above.
I don't know what additional feedback to provide, as I have only done 
just one extension. I need some more practice, then I shall provide more 
feedback.

Mostly due to my lazyness and lack of refactoring it was very 
unpleasing. I have attached an example of my bad use of trunk mvc_extjs. 
Don't look into it unless you want to get a head ache.
