[TYPO3-mvc] How accessing global ValueObjects?

Extbase does not use any existing user-created domain repository to 
access related entities. This prevents me from created a repository 
deactivating the storagePid for those entities when retrieved from a 
parent entity.

How am I supposed to solve this problem "cleanly"?
