[TYPO3-mvc] ANN: Extbase and Fluid versioning scheme explained

Hey,

I finally took the time to explain the Extbase and Fluid
Versioning/Branching scheme. Up to now, we ourselves did not really
stick to these guidelines -- but now we really try to :-)
