[TYPO3-mvc] Bug in AbstractRepository

It seems, that an object is ment to be "inRepository" if it is visible.
If not it's not meant to be there.

This way it seems to be handled internally...
calling "add" on the already in Database object (which is hidden), 
results in an update in database --> just use add and think of it adding 
it to the available objects and all is fine
