Yes, the current trunk does not work with PHP < 5.3 due to a bug in 
SplObjectStorage. I'm already fixing this and commit a new version after 
lunch.

BTW: Tx_Fluid_Core_ViewHelper_ConditionViewHelper will be 
Tx_Fluid_Core_ViewHelper_AbstractConditionViewHelper to satisfy the CGL. 
More infos to come.
