[TYPO3-mvc] Fluid ViewHelper Incubator

Hi all,

short update from the ViewHelper Incubator front:
I went through all ViewHelper related issues on forge and moved 
suggestions and feature requests to the Incubator project.

There are now two lists:
1. ViewHelper suggestions 
(http://forge.typo3.org/projects/package-viewhelperincubator/issues?query_id=114)

2. Feature requests for existing ViewHelpers 
(http://forge.typo3.org/projects/package-viewhelperincubator/issues?query_id=115)

The subject of the issues corresponds to the ViewHelper name.

Sorry for the many forge-mails, I had to move, rename and merge quite a 
lot of issues.
