[TYPO3-mvc] Possibility to let Extbase-Ext return an array?

it also didn't work for me like that. So what I did was to create a 
menu-item-proc class and have it render a TS configured version of my 
extension, which is rendering the menu then. That way the dispatcher is 
initialized correctly and repositories etc. work just like a charm.
