I've spend some time in programming a sample module that demostrates how 
to use the features included in mvc_extjs.
The sample is located in mvc_extjs_samples's branches/view. Have a look 
at the last svn commit - to see which files are relevant.

It's far away from being finished, but it demonstrates the main concepts.
