FYI, I submitted a patch #6157 that allows for this functionality in
extBase.

It essentially allows you to exclude _any_ of the standard parameters
from the URL instead of just non-extension related ones.

The changes to fluid's link.action method aren't as crucial because
viewHelpers are very easy to extend.
